Child labour is work performed by a Child that is likely to enterfere or to hamper with his or her right to education, or to be harmful to their health or Physical, Mental, Spiritual,Moral and Social development. All work done by Children under the age of 15 or less and dangerous or risky work done by Children under the age of 18 is illegal, but it is an irony of fate that Child labour is a heinous stigma on humanity till this modern era or digitalised Country... It's very unfortunate for the downtrodden Children of the Society. There are laws against Child labour but there is no enforcement or implementation of law up to the Mark.. Why not implementation of law for banning Child labour ... ? If it's possible to stop or ban Child labour then,The Nation can be reached her desired Goal to stop dropping out Children from School. Due to Child labour, Country loses thousands of human resources every year.... Now it's demand of time or high time to ban Child labour strongly applying pragmatic Steps by the respective Concerns....
