Best Sleep Pattern..... Normal Sleep Pattern.....What Brain Waves are in REM Seep?

Scientists agree that sleep is essential To Health and while Stages  1 to 4 and REM Sleep are  all important, deep sleep  is the most essential of all of for feeling rested and staying healthy. 

The average Healthy adult gets roughly 1to 3 hours of Deep Sleep per 8 hours of Nightly Sleep.

The average, Person  Sleeps about Seven hours a Night around the age of 40,  and about Six and half hours a Night between the ages of 55 and 60. 


A healthy 80 Year - old will usually  sleep  about Six hours at a Night. 


... .. What Brain waves are in REM Seep..?


Delta waves are associated with the deep sleep stages,stage 3 and REM.


Durning  stage 3, less than half of Brain waves consist of delta waves,  while more than half of Brain activity consists of Delta waves during REM Sleep.  (Would be continued) 03
